Peter Medlyn began his career in 1991 with the English firm Hiller Parker where he was responsible for valuing a wide variety of central business district properties, including high rise office buildings, shopping centers, parking garages and apartment buildings.
Recent developments in the East Tennessee market include 35 single family homes and 34 loft houses in the Polo Club with a value of $45 million and the Anthem subdivision, which includes 53 homes at a value of $40 million.
Peter has been designated a State Certified General Appraiser by the state of Tennessee, as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Values and Land Economists. |
