Howard West has steadily built his reputation for top-tier building and project management since beginning to make a name in the business in the 1980s.

after graduating from Arizona State University, Mr. West wasted no time in working his way up the ladder and earning his license as a General Contractor. Since those early years, and with thirty-plus years expertise in the results-oriented management of commercial, industrial and education design-build and pre-engineered building products, plus more than 40 years of experience in historical restoration and renovation, he has earned a name that is synonymous with know-how, attention to detail, quality and commitment.

in a career built of project responsibilities ranging from estimator to senior manager, Mr. West has played a management role in more than 38 major projects totaling in excess of $178 million. projects from shopping complexes, office parks, condominium developments, healthcare and education facilities, restaurants and more.

Mr. West has assembled an impressive array of premier project involvements including: Prime Outlet Mall ($30 million addition/renovation, Florida), Waters Edge Office Complex ($12 million, Tennessee), Appleview Condominiums ($7 million, Tennessee), York County Government Complex ($7 million, Virginia).
